On July 7, DICloak released version 2.9.7. If login fails because of network issues, the client opens a route check window showing the available connection lines to DICloak servers and their status. You can switch to a working line from there. On July 14, the company described the same window inside the app: it appears when the connection to the service is lost and can also be opened using the button in the top-right corner. Switching only changes the route to DICloak servers and does not affect the proxies configured in profiles. DICloak had already introduced in-app line switching during connection failures in its January update; in July, route selection also became available on the login screen.
Version 2.9.7 also added filters for internal and external members, along with the ability to choose which columns to display. With the July 14 update, a member can be logged out immediately when their profile group changes, so they can sign in again with their updated permissions.
On July 21, DICloak released 2.9.10. The Profile names (batch) filter now accepts multiple full or partial names and returns all matches in a single list. Extension tamper protection, which locks a profile when interference is detected, now includes a Do not apply to team super admins toggle. Super admins can maintain extensions and open developer tools, while protection remains enabled for everyone else.
On Linux, July brought 2.9.6, which reduced the number of false positives from antivirus software, and 2.9.9, which added a “Save and log out” button to the member card.
