On June 9, DICloak added the Member Device Name Restriction rule under Global Settings → Security Settings. The administrator specifies the device names that team members can or cannot use to log in to the team account. Wildcard patterns with an asterisk are supported, such as DESKTOP-*, so one rule can cover all work computers with the same name prefix.
This is not the only new login setting introduced in May and June. Version 2.9.2 (announced on June 2) added a limit on the number of devices that can be logged in from the same IP address at the same time: once the limit is reached, new devices cannot log in. Since May, the login device list has shown the computer username, and the version restriction settings now let you specify allowed client versions for Linux separately.
On June 16, checkboxes and a Logout selected button were added to the member device list. Outdated devices can now be logged out all at once instead of one by one. According to the June update log, a password can be generated with the Generate Password button when creating an internal member.
These features are designed for teams that share access to common accounts among their members. The team administrator configures the rules.
