Hidemyacc review
Hidemyacc is developed by Vietnam-based company ONEADX, and its first version was released in 2021. The Windows and macOS app runs on its own Marco (Chromium) engine. The entry-level plan costs $10 per month for 5 profiles, or $5 per month when billed annually. API and team access start only with the Base plan ($49 per month), which also adds Android and iOS fingerprints.
We haven’t run our own tests yet. In public tests (10 results, checked on October 9, 2026), it passed 0 of 3 tested fingerprint checkers.

All industry incidentsWe found no public reports of hacks, leaks, or funds stolen through Hidemyacc. This is not a guarantee: we check public sources, not the service’s code.
We count breaches and leaks on the service’s side, attacks through updates and extensions, account takeovers, and hacking attempts reported by the company itself. Brand impersonation, unverified complaints, patched vulnerabilities that were not exploited, DDoS attacks without data leaks, and account bans by platforms are not included in the incident count; they appear in the “Worth knowing” section. Hidemyacc is neatly presented, the features are organized and relevant, and I had no trouble creating a profile; implementation was easy and it even includes automation. The price is average - neither expensive nor cheap - but you get what you pay for. They should add more payment methods like Payoneer, support is sometimes slightly delayed because of time zones, and a cloud phone feature is missing.
Thank you to Emma from support - she helped me almost immediately after I messaged her.
I didn't expect much at first, but I've now created three new YouTube channels starting from fresh Gmail accounts inside Hidemyacc, and everything worked without hiccups - that kind of reliability is really valuable for what I do. My suggestion: add more IP pools to the free proxy, there are too few free proxies these days.
This is about their customer service, not the product: someone used my email to open a fake account with Hidemyacc, and I only found out from their email about 'my' account. Support showed no concern, said they couldn't close it and gave no advice; I regained access with a password reset and removed an active user, but I still couldn't close the account. It makes me wonder how many fake accounts they have and why they don't care.
We used Multilogin for years and it was always great, but in my view Hidemyacc is a better and much cheaper alternative - it's Vietnamese software that works very well, and we've never had browser leaks or other issues with it. You still need a good proxy service: run many accounts off one IP and they'll get banned even with an antidetect browser.
Profiles are easy to mess up, even though their support is very fast. I spent $50 on Hidemyacc and it was a waste of money - save yourself the time and trouble and use Dolphin or GoLogin. And all those positive reviews of theirs are fake.
I got around it by creating a new Microsoft account through an antidetect browser with a proxy: I used Hidemyacc (free trial) and a static residential proxy from 922Proxy ($5), and I was able to register. What a nightmare.
I bought a fixed proxy IP and used Hidemyacc to keep my account going, but the account still died. I'm not sure whether the IP I bought was the cause.
I work as an appointment setter on Facebook with 2-3 accounts, and after FB flagged me as a spammer and banned my IP and devices I started using HideMyAcc with a proxy service. Creating the accounts is a huge pain: they get banned instantly, both on my normal computer and on the virtual one.

I've used Hidemyacc for a few months to manage multiple browser profiles for work and I'm satisfied overall. The interface is easy to navigate, creating and syncing profiles works smoothly, and I haven't had the random flagging or logouts I got with some other tools; support answers quickly. The only downside is that it loads a bit slowly when I have a lot of profiles open at once.
