Multilogin released an AI agent for cloud phones on GitHub

The publicly available Python example starts a cloud phone, enables ADB, and hands control over to an AI agent such as Claude Code or Cursor.

On August 7, 2026, Multilogin published Multilogin Cloud-Phone Agent on GitHub. It is an open-source Python example released under the MIT license. The script starts the selected cloud Android phone, waits for it to boot, enables ADB through Multilogin, and hands control to an AI agent that performs actions over ADB. At the end, the script always stops the phone and saves results and logs, even if an error occurs, so a phone left running does not use up billable minutes.

The project is not tied to a single AI provider. Any agent that can run terminal commands and read screenshots will work. The company lists Claude Code, OpenClaw, and Cursor.

Several other updates to mobile profile automation arrived around the same time. Version 12.10, released on August 11, lets users launch cloud phones from the CLI and immediately retrieve the ADB host and port. The ClawHub skill was also updated to use these commands. On August 12, Multilogin published its mobile profile API documentation in Postman. On September 8, with version 12.13, it added requests for enabling ADB.

What to do: The company describes the project as an example, so it is best to try the workflow on a test phone first. ADB is not available on the free plan.
