Multilogin Releases

Multilogin in September: Mimic 152 and 153, plus new WebGL spoofing

In September, the Mimic browser engine was updated twice. Starting with version 152, new profiles get a stable graphics fingerprint and more comprehensive WebGL spoofing.

In September 2026, Multilogin updated Mimic, its Chrome-based browser engine, twice: version 152 was released on September 1, followed by version 153 on September 22. The engine updates automatically when a profile launches.

A notable change came with Mimic 152. According to the company, new browser profiles now look the same every time they launch: their masked graphics fingerprint remains stable, and WebGL spoofing covers more parameters. Profiles created earlier retain their previous WebGL masking. The release notes mention only the version number for Mimic 153. On September 23, version 12.14 fixed profile startup: Mimic profiles now open immediately after the engine loads, without requiring a second click.

New-profile masking was also changed earlier: on July 14, with Mimic 150, new profiles received enhanced Canvas and font masking. The other engine updates over the past six months came without any described changes: Mimic 147 (April 21), 148 (May 12), 149 (June 16), 151 (August 11), and 154 (October 6). The second engine, Stealthfox, based on Firefox, is no longer receiving updates and remains on version 146.

What to do: nothing—the engine will download automatically. The new WebGL behavior applies only to profiles created after Mimic 152 was released.
