Undetectable 2.46: MCP Server and Built-in API for Interacting with Websites

In 2.46.0, you can control the browser from AI clients via an MCP server and perform clicks, enter text, and scroll using the built-in API, without Selenium or Puppeteer.

Version 2.46.0 was released on May 13, 2026, and is focused almost entirely on automation.

The first new feature is an MCP server (Model Context Protocol). It connects Undetectable's local API to AI clients: you describe a task in plain text, such as “create 50 profiles and assign proxies from a list to them,” and the model performs it through the API. The server is published on npm as the undetectable-local-api-mcp-ts package under the MIT license; its first version was released there on April 30. The package description lists 46 tools for managing profiles, proxies, and cookies, 11 commands for controlling tabs, and batch operations. It connects to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, and other MCP-compatible clients. Undetectable itself must be running.

The second feature is a built-in API for page actions: clicks, text input, scrolling, and navigation work without Puppeteer, Selenium, or Playwright. According to the developers, removing the extra layer makes scripts less likely to fail due to timeouts and less noticeable to antifraud systems.

The release also includes Chromium 148, improved Web Speech API spoofing for profiles with Android configurations, and a fix for selecting the profile launch type on macOS.

Before connecting it, read the warning in the package description: the AI gets access to all API methods, including profile deletion and cookie clearing, and the server does not ask for confirmation before each action. The authors recommend reviewing calls in the MCP client and keeping backups of important profiles.
