Undetectable 2.48: Chromium 150 and Network Type for Android Profiles

In 2.48.0, the browser engine was upgraded to Chromium 150. Profiles with Android configurations now report their connection type to websites: cellular network or Wi-Fi by default.

Version 2.48.0 with the Chromium 150 engine was released on July 7, 2026.

A Network setting has been added to the Emulation section for profiles with Android configurations. The browser passes the connection type to websites through the navigator.connection.type parameter. Desktops do not expose this parameter, but anti-fraud systems that analyze mobile traffic check it. By default, the app assigns each new profile a random value, cellular or wifi, so no manual setup is needed when creating profiles in bulk. You can also select one of four values manually: cellular, ethernet, unknown, or wifi.

Two other changes affect everyday workflows. The browser’s built-in password leak warning has been disabled. It appeared when filling out login forms and became a nuisance when working with hundreds of them. An API issue with cloud profiles has also been fixed: when a profile was stopped through the API, the server returned a success response even if the profile had not been properly uploaded to the cloud. Scripts now receive a status that matches the actual result.
