BitBrowser is an antidetect browser built on Chromium and Firefox by HongKong Bit-Internet Technology. Its Chinese version is operated by a Beijing-based company. Plans range from 50 to 300,000 profiles, and the same client also offers cloud phones and cloud PCs. It suits e-commerce, SMM, and media buying teams that need a large number of profiles at a low cost.
We haven’t run our own tests yet. In public tests (8 results, checked on October 9, 2026), it passed 1 of 4 tested fingerprint checkers.

Open bitbrowser.netScore based on public tests from reviews, research, and benchmarks, checked October 9, 2026. The calculation includes 8 results of 16 found: we do not count the vendor’s claims about itself or checks on other services. Passes 1, partially passes 3, and fails 0 out of 4 tested checkers. We have not run our own test yet.
Tests are published by different parties: independent reviewers, partners, and competitors. Independent and recent tests carry more weight, while competitor and partner tests carry less; when there are few external results, the score trends toward 50, meaning “not proven.”

Not a service breach, but worth knowing
The company has warned about fake copies of its website that are used to steal login credentials and payment details. Their installers may also be infected. The notice identifies bitbrowser.net, bitbrowser.cn, and bitbrowser.ru as the official websites. According to WHOIS, bitbrowser.ru was registered by a private individual on October 9, 2026.
In version 1.4.1, the company fixed a permissions vulnerability that allowed team members to exceed the access rights granted to them. No exploitation was reported.
We count breaches and leaks on the service’s side, attacks through updates and extensions, account takeovers, and hacking attempts reported by the company itself. Brand impersonation, unverified complaints, patched vulnerabilities that were not exploited, DDoS attacks without data leaks, and account bans by platforms are not included in the incident count; they appear in the “Worth knowing” section. Checked October 8, 2026.
The score is based on publicly available tests by other authors, each using their own setup and test date. Your proxies, accounts, and workflows may produce different results.
The vendor outlined eight changes to the client, including bulk cookie restoration, multi-selecting groups in filters, adding tags when configuring proxies, and marking IPs that are already in use.
From September 25 to October 8, 2026, 90-, 180-, 365-, and 730-day plans for BitBrowser, cloud Android phones, and cloud PCs were available at discounts of up to 50%.
BitCloudPC cloud PCs are now available in the client: Windows machines with 2 to 32 vCPUs, billed hourly or monthly. Identity verification is required before purchase.

The overall experience is great, but several things need improving. Loading should be faster and the computing fee should be reviewed; desktop mode needs more features; cloud phones should open faster and respond more smoothly - scrolling up often refreshes the current page. The app should run on more devices, not just laptops, and free users shouldn't get their accounts banned just for logging in from a laptop.
Just go with any anti-detect that gives you free profiles - I like to use BitBrowser and moved to it from Dolphin Anty. These days I also use my own Chrome profiles, which works fine for 2-3 accounts at most; for more, go with BitBrowser or anything with free profiles. Bans don't come from the browser - it's the quality of the ad accounts and profiles you buy, or something in the domain or the ads getting flagged.
I've been using BitBrowser and AdsPower for a while now - both work great.
I bought a BitBrowser subscription, tested the service and asked for a refund within the allowed period, but support refused even after I explained the situation. Customer service was slow, unhelpful and unprofessional: my messages were ignored and they made excuses instead of solving the problem. Once they have your money they don't care about users - I don't recommend it; there are more trustworthy alternatives.
In my experience PC-version cloud phones are best because they lag less and have more storage, while Android cloud phones all lag at some point and have poor latency. Right now I'm using BitBrowser - their monthly plan is $25, but it's very good.
Don't install BitBrowser - the free plan is a lie. After downloading, installing and spending about 15 minutes signing up, I logged in and was told my free subscription had been blocked, with no reason given, and that I had to buy a subscription. Support (an agent named Ahoa) was useless: no steps to fix it, just "You need to buy a subscription".
They make money from free users by blocking them from opening profiles: I got a 'suspicious activity' message and was told I need a subscription to use my profiles. I did nothing wrong, and they had told me I could keep using the free plan - so what now? Really horrible.
I tested this browser for a year and examined it in depth. It is the only browser that can hide your identity by 99%.
Tell us about your experience: how many profiles you use, what you use them for, and what went wrong. We read reviews manually and don't publish promotional content or reviews without specific details.
BitBrowser is one of the worst anti-detect browser providers, and its cloud server is even worse - buying it is just throwing money away. When I bought the cloud service and tried to check the browser, it said the free version doesn't work and triggered a risk alert, so I had to spend another $10 to buy that component too. They don't accept payments under $10, there are no refunds, and even a simple check on whox.com shows that you are using an anti-detect browser.
