Hidemyacc 3.1.6 and 3.1.8: loyalty program with discounts of up to 15% and Force Close

In August and September 2026, Hidemyacc released four versions. This article covers two of them: 3.1.6 and 3.1.8. The main change is a loyalty program that offers discounts on renewals.

  1. August 6, version 3.1.6: excluding browser updates, the changelog lists three items. We already covered Force Close, which forcibly closes a profile running under another account, in our article on version 3.1.4: the button was already described in the documentation on July 9, before this release. The changelog only mentions the Browser Display feature; it doesn’t explain what it does, and neither does the documentation. The window for adding free proxies was also redesigned, and the Marco engine was updated to version 150.

  2. September 8, version 3.1.8: Hidemyacc launched a loyalty program for its fifth anniversary. Points are awarded automatically with every payment: one point per dollar. Your account rank depends on your total points, and determines your renewal discount:

    • Silver (300–1199 points) — 2.5% on monthly plans and 5% on plans of three months or more;
    • Gold (1200–2499) — 5% and 10%;
    • Diamond (2500 or more) — 7.5% and 15%.

Who it applies to: Users renewing a plan.

Alongside rank points, users also earn redeemable points, with double points for annual payments. These can be exchanged for coupons: up to 25% off a renewal and up to 50% of the price difference when upgrading to a higher-tier plan, capped at $150. According to the program page, combined discounts are capped at 30%. If you don’t renew on time, your rank is retained for 3 to 9 months, then frozen—but it doesn’t expire. On September 8–9, for the anniversary, customers received double redeemable points for payments, plus 7 to 30 extra days. Support added the rewards after customers contacted them following payment.
