From July 27 to August 13, 2026, RoxyBrowser released three versions in the 4.0 branch.
July 27. The changelog for 4.0.0 contained just two generic statements about fixes and optimization; details appeared in a blog post on August 3. The proxy list gained filters by status, linked profiles, source, and auto-renewal. According to the company, the client puts less strain on the CPU and memory when many profiles are open. The reduction is not specified.
August 7. Roxy AI Agent 2.0 was released with 4.0.2. The agent builds tasks from RPA scenarios, Skills, and text prompts, then performs routine actions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram: account warm-up, data collection, and audience management. Ready-made templates for e-commerce and social media were added, along with scheduled runs, real-time window viewing, and a task log. Claims from the announcement such as “one agent replaces a team of 20 people” are not supported by any evidence. Agent tasks have been billed in credits since June.
August 13. In 4.0.3, the profile creation form was redesigned: it now has fewer fields, arranged around basic and advanced settings. The Quick Create Profile button creates a profile in one click without opening the form. The activity log now records who opened or closed a profile and when. Project members can be removed directly from the list.
Who it's for: Teams that need to see who worked with a profile, and those automating social media through an AI agent. Update the client to 4.0.3 or later.
