ixBrowser: Passkey Manager

Version 2.9.26 introduces a Passkey manager with four AAGUID modes. AAGUID is the authenticator model identifier. The vendor links this update to Google Ads and Amazon starting to require passkeys: Google Ads for some account operations, and Amazon for some Seller Central stores.
