Octo Browser’s status page recorded two full outages in October 2026. On October 26, authentication and the Automation API were unavailable from 13:01 to 13:10 Moscow time. The same happened on October 29 from 14:49 to 15:02. Both times, the company said it had identified the cause and was restoring service, but did not disclose what the cause was. The Telegram channel’s feed contains no posts about these outages.
Support was partially unavailable for around five hours on October 14. Starting at 9:22, requests could not be submitted through the Telegram bot, the website form or the in-app widget. During that time, Octo asked users to email help@octobrowser.net and promised to respond within 24 hours at most. The bot was back online at 12:13, the other channels at 12:32, and at 14:24 the company reported that everything had been fixed.
Proxies from the built-in store also experienced issues: the Nodyx provider was unavailable from 11:26 to 11:46 on October 6. On September 24, authentication and the API were down for nearly an hour, from 12:20 to 13:11.
Over the 90-day period from July 31 to October 29, the status page records four days when authentication was completely unavailable. Authentication availability over this period was 99.92%, Automation API availability was 99.94%, and payments and the website were at 100%.
What to do: If login or profile launches through the API suddenly stop working, check status.octobrowser.net first. You can also subscribe to outage notifications there.
