Dolphin{anty} warned in its documentation that the Free plan limits will change in October 2026. The plan will support no more than 3 profiles instead of 5. Profiles will be allowed to be created and deleted (recreated) 20 times per month instead of 200; simple deletion does not count toward the limit. The company has not announced an exact date. The warning page was last updated on October 8, there was no announcement in the Telegram channel as of October 9, and the pricing table on the website still lists Free with 5 profiles.
If you have more than three profiles, they will be preserved, but you will not be able to use the app until you upgrade to a paid plan or delete the extra profiles. On Free, profiles must be deleted one at a time, and a deleted profile cannot be restored. You do not need to delete anything before the new limits take effect. The monthly recreation limit cannot be reset early.
The next plan up is Starter at $10 per month: 20 profiles and up to 1500 recreations per month, cloud synchronization, bulk actions, a scenario builder, and a synchronizer. If the app says that the plan has expired after the new limits take effect, update it to the latest version.
What to do: If you have more than three profiles on Free, decide in advance which ones to keep or upgrade to Starter.
