Between May and September 2026, Hidemium released versions 4.2.9, 4.3.1, and 4.3.2 (version 4.3.0 was covered in a separate news story). Two of the updates focus on who opens a profile and where.
May 21, version 4.2.9: You can link your account to Google. A new session lock prevents the same profile from running on multiple computers at once. The release notes also mention the
hidemium-mcpMCP server for AI clients. According to its npm page, it requires Node.js 20 or later, and thenpx -y hidemium-mcp installcommand automatically configures the server in Cursor and Antigravity. The package’s first version appeared there on April 28. After updating, accounts saved on the login screen disappear, so you’ll need to sign in again.July 27, version 4.3.1: Added Canvas Pro and Client-2 modes, though the release notes don’t say what they do. The update adds new Android device models and refreshes Android network data and tablet User-Agents. It also fixes Firefox cookie imports and adds profile deletion to the public API. According to the brief changelog, this version also brought back Hidemium’s built-in proxies after an outage.
September 9, version 4.3.2: Improved the session lock, which you can enable in App Settings. When it’s on, the open profile’s screen shows the email address of the account currently using it. The release notes say the feature ensures that all devices using the profile are on version 4.3.2. The update also adds a static proxy section with datacenter IPv4, ISP, and mobile proxies, plus country selection and order history. You can now share multiple profiles at once.
What to do: If you open the same profile on different computers, update Hidemium on all of them to 4.3.2 or later and enable the session lock.
