The Octo Browser status page recorded two full outages in October 2026. On October 26, authentication and the Automation API were down from 13:01 to 13:10 Moscow time. The same services went down again on October 29, from 14:49 to 15:02. Both times, the company said it had identified the cause and was restoring service, but didn’t say what the cause was. The Telegram channel’s feed has no posts about these outages.
Support was partially unavailable for about five hours on October 14. Starting at 9:22, the Telegram bot, website form, and in-app widget stopped accepting requests. Octo asked users to email help@octobrowser.net instead and promised a reply within 24 hours. The bot was back online at 12:13, the other channels at 12:32, and the company reported that everything was fixed at 14:24.
Proxies from the built-in store also had issues: the Nodyx provider was down from 11:26 to 11:46 on October 6. On September 24, authentication and the API were unavailable for almost an hour, from 12:20 to 13:11.
Over the 90 days from July 31 to October 29, the status page recorded four days when authentication was completely unavailable. Availability over that period:
- authentication — 99.92%;
- Automation API — 99.94%;
- payments and website — 100%.
What to do: If you suddenly can’t log in or launch profiles through the API, check status.octobrowser.net first. You can also subscribe to outage notifications there.
