On September 3, 2026, the GoLogin 2.14.151 Android app was released with Chromium 151. This is the third browser engine change on Android in six months. On April 9, Chromium 145 received the Orbita browser for Android, a separate app on Google Play. Chromium 148 arrived in the summer: it was first mentioned in the changelog for build 2.0.148 on June 19, while the company called the transition a July release in its July roundup; build 2.6.148 was released on July 17. On September 17, GoLogin announced that the Android version had reached one million downloads.
Version 2.14.151 improved the screen-resolution fingerprint and added a session selection window. It appears when a profile is open on multiple devices at the same time or when the local session diverges from the web version, and lets you choose which one to keep.
Subsequent builds on the same browser engine continued to fix fingerprinting issues. Version 2.15.151, released on September 11, fixed the transmission of User-Agent parameters through Client Hints. Version 2.16.151, released on September 15, fixed incorrect automatic language detection when using a proxy. The same 2.16.151 release also removed mandatory email confirmation during registration. A similar Client Hints issue was fixed in July: in 2.7.148, the platform and device model in these headers did not match.
What to do: Update the app on Google Play, preferably to the latest build in the 151 branch.
