On September 18, 2026, GoLogin users had trouble logging in, while the company’s cloud servers in Europe were experiencing outages. At around 14:30 Moscow time, GoLogin posted on its Telegram channel that login had been fixed and its EU servers were working normally again.
The company attributed the issue to a network incident in the Frankfurt Google Cloud zone (europe-west3): packet loss and increased latency on the machines hosting its servers. Rather than wait for Google to resolve the problem, GoLogin moved its database to another server in the EU, outside the affected zone. The post included a screenshot of the Google Cloud status dashboard for the project, showing a VPC incident in the europe-west3-c zone that began on September 18 at 7:14 UTC+2, or 8:14 Moscow time.
GoLogin explained why Google’s public status page showed nothing: it only displays major incidents affecting multiple regions, while an outage in a single zone appears only in the dashboard for the specific project. The company apologized to users. The post says nothing about data loss or a data leak.
GoLogin did not specify how long the outage lasted for users. The post begins with an “UPD” label, but the channel contains no earlier post about the outage.
