In May, AdsPower updated its browser engine twice. Chrome 147 appeared in the release notes on May 13. The company also improved the 145 and 146 engines, enhancing mobile fingerprint emulation, WebRTC, and the virtual camera. On May 26, the company announced on Telegram that Chrome 148 was available. It was added to the release notes on June 9, in the May roundup.
The same roundup introduced gyroscope settings. Profiles can now emulate mobile device motion data, making phone fingerprints more complete. You can enable or disable the virtual camera and Chrome account sign-in in the profile's advanced settings.
AdsPower also added Network Diagnostics. It checks the local connection, system proxy, and network availability, so you do not have to troubleshoot errors manually. In July, the button was moved to the top bar. In early September, the diagnostics tool learned to determine whether a system proxy or local VPN is blocking the connection.
Proxy updates include rotating proxies, automatic renewal from a dollar wallet, and expiration reminders in the banner and inbox. The no-fee withdrawal threshold was reduced from $100 to $20. Teams can now view members' actions in the activity log and request invoices through a dedicated form.
What to do: Update the client. If you work with mobile profiles, check the new gyroscope settings.
