On September 14, 2026, Linken Sphere released an update with a new Canvas spoofing mechanism. The company calls it Canvas 3.0 and says it changes the fingerprint without altering the image itself. As described in its blog, previous methods added extra pixels to the canvas or overlaid noise on the original image.
The new mechanism works in new sessions with Canvas noise enabled; existing fingerprints remain unchanged. There are no additional settings.
In the article, the company compared four antidetect browsers on the Fingerprint service’s Playground: five profiles in each, one Windows 10 computer, and one proxy. It measured tampering_ml_score with Canvas spoofing disabled and enabled. According to the company, the score changes very little with Canvas 3.0. This was the vendor’s own test, and the final figures are provided only as an image.
The same update added two-factor authentication through authenticator apps (TOTP), such as Google Authenticator or Authy, for Linken Sphere account sign-in. Only one method can be enabled: an email code or TOTP. The update also introduced Only Cloud Storage mode: profiles are stored exclusively in the cloud, with no copy kept on the computer. It can be enabled in Settings, under “Data.” The browser engine was updated to Chrome 153.
